Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping state at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States.
Product use & safety
ZAVRAX products are power tools and must be used according to the included instruction manual and all safety warnings. Misuse can cause injury. Keep out of reach of children.
Warranty
Products carry the limited warranty period stated on their product page, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZAVRAX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
